If a valid claim is approved, we will provide a replacement (or store credit if needed, depending on availability).
We are not responsible for delays, extreme weather, or mishandling once the package is in the carrier’s possession.
What care requirements and difficulty levels do you offer?

Every order includes your live invertebrate(s), a detailed species-specific care guide, and feeding recommendations. Premium orders may include starter kits with substrate, food, and basic supplies to get you started immediately. We also provide access to our online care resources just email us you can ask questions. All animals are carefully packed to minimize stress during shipping.
What is your return and refund policy for live animals?
We don't except returns since they are live animals, sorry! Email us for a different solution!
