Our Live Arrival Guarantee applies to Next Day Air shipping only. We carefully pack every order to ensure your pets arrive safe and healthy. If your order arrives DOA (dead on arrival), you must contact us within 1 hour of delivery and provide clear photo proof in the original packaging.
⚠️ NO REFUNDS will be issued under any circumstances.
If a valid claim is approved, we will provide a replacement (or store credit if needed, depending on availability).
We are not responsible for delays, extreme weather, or mishandling once the package is in the carrier’s possession.
What care requirements and difficulty levels do you offer?
