Our Live Arrival Guarantee applies to Next Day Air shipping only. We carefully pack every order to ensure your pets arrive safe and healthy. If your order arrives DOA (dead on arrival), you must contact us within 1 hour of delivery and provide clear photo proof in the original packaging.
⚠️ NO REFUNDS will be issued under any circumstances.
If a valid claim is approved, we will provide a replacement (or store credit if needed, depending on availability).
We are not responsible for delays, extreme weather, or mishandling once the package is in the carrier’s possession.
What care requirements and difficulty levels do you offer?
We specialize in mantises, millipedes, isopods, roaches, leaf insects, tarantulas, and scorpions—each with varying care requirements. Every species listing includes a detailed difficulty rating (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced) and comprehensive care guides covering temperature, humidity, feeding, and housing. Premium orders may include starter kits with substrate, food, and basic supplies to get you started immediately. We also provide access to our online care resources just email us you can ask questions. All animals are carefully packed to minimize stress during shipping.
What is your return and refund policy for live animals?
