If a valid claim is approved, we will provide a replacement (or store credit if needed, depending on availability).
We are not responsible for delays, extreme weather, or mishandling once the package is in the carrier’s possession.

What is your return and refund policy for live animals?
We don't except returns since they are live animals, sorry! Email us for a different solution!
